Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and use accurate information. SilverWilly may require age or identity checks and may refuse or end membership to protect the community.

Community conduct

Do not harass, threaten, deceive, discriminate unlawfully, solicit money, promote commercial sexual services, impersonate others, share non-consensual content, or contact someone who has withdrawn consent. Content involving minors is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit and give SilverWilly the limited permission needed to host, display, moderate, and transmit it as part of the service. You must have the right and consent to share it.

Meetings and member conduct

SilverWilly facilitates introductions but does not control members or guarantee compatibility, identity, behaviour, or safety. Use judgement, follow the safety guidance, and report concerns promptly.

Moderation and account action

We may restrict content or accounts while investigating safety, legal, or integrity concerns. Serious violations can lead to immediate removal.
