SilverWilly handles adult profiles and private communication. This explains what is collected and the controls available to you.

What we collect
Account details, date of birth, profile information, messages, uploaded media, moderation reports, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide profiles, discovery, messaging, galleries and chat; prevent abuse; respond to support requests; and improve reliability and safety.
Adult media
Profile and gallery media may be classified or moderated. Private media remains access-controlled, but anything shared with another person can be copied by that recipient.
Who receives data
We use infrastructure providers needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect people and the service.
Retention
We keep account information while the account is active and retain limited records where needed for security, disputes, moderation, or legal obligations. Messages may be removed under the retention policy shown in the product.
Your choices
You can edit or hide your profile, control who can message you, disable private chat, remove uploaded media, block members, and request account deletion.
Security
We use access controls and database policies to limit data exposure. No online system is risk-free, so use a unique password and avoid sharing information you are not comfortable disclosing.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be shown on the site with a revised effective date.
